We hired Chef Tim Birkley to cater an outdoor party for us. We were totally
satisfied with the experience. He met with us in our home to pre-plan the
occasion, giving us suggestions when we were not certain what we wanted to
have for the menu. We had many choices. The cooking was done at our home and
and perfectly presented as well s extremely delicious. Our quests were impressed.
We hired Tim again to prepare another dinner for family and friends. The results
were the same...SUPERB!!!

We recently used Chef Linkd as the Caterer to my wife's 50th Birthday Party. Mr. Birkley suggested a Mexican style menu and the results were fantastic; beyond what we could have ever expected! Throughout the event, and continuing days after, our friends are still talking about the party, and the outstanding food that Chef Linkd prepared; which was so critical to our successful event. Mr. Birkley also took it upon himself to personally meet some of the dietary habits a few attendees have, preparing special items based off of the menu that met their needs. I can't say enough about how impressed everyone was with what Chef Linkd added to our party, and the Professionalism combined with personal focus Mr. Birkley added himself.
